Cancellation

Changes in dates, number of rooms, hotel, etc.

No alterations or changes can be made in the dates, the number of rooms, hotel, etc in the current booking.

The current booking has to be cancelled as per the Zoliday cancellation policy and a new booking has to be made by the customers.

Cancellation of partially paid trip (partial payment / advance payment)

100% cancellation charges will apply will apply for partially paid trip ( part payments or advance payments). There will strictly be no refund.
This is to prevent hoarding and misuse of blocking hotel rooms.

Cancellation of fully paid trip

If cancellation is made 60 to 15 days prior to the travel date (travel date is not included in the counting of days), 5% cancellation charges + payment gateway charges will apply

If cancellation is made 14 to 8 days prior to the travel date (travel date is not included in the counting of days), 30% cancellation charges + payment gateway charges will apply.

If cancellation is made 7 to 3 days prior to the travel date (travel date is not included in the counting of days), 50% cancellation charges + payment gateway charges will apply.

If cancellation is made 3 or less than 3 days prior to the travel date, 100% cancellation charges + payment gateway charges will apply. No refund is applicable in this case.

In all other cases, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Time period to credit refund amount

The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days. In case of any issues, please write to mytrip@zoliday.com

Cancellation general policy

Zoliday reserves the final right to decide on the refund amount and the relevant policies.
