Each body type varies from the other, while it is important to understand one’s constitution, the school extends holistic diet beneficial for all our students. Intensive workout requires balanced and invigorating diet and this is what we commit to offer. Light and healthy vegan food complementing the demands of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, the teachers emphasis of eating only ashram cooked food. This is significant in detoxifying the body during your stay with us. Daily meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, juices and other needs if at all. The food is cooked by Ayurvedic chefs who come with experience of cooking such meals.
