Little by little yoga transformed my life, helped me quit smoking and drinking, and i lost more than 20kgs over years. So, my first shy engagement with yoga grew into a passion. Finally i have completed my Yoga Teachers Training in the beautiful city Dharamshala, on the outskirts of the magnificent Himalayas. I quit my corporate job and started travelling by teaching and learning more about yoga and meditation, and other healing arts like Chakra balancing, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and art.
